Absolutely unassuming in every way, Champagne paint and all, but I love it. This is my 1995 Thunderbird V8 4.6 LX it’s an automatic and pretty stock. been lowered a couple inches and the suspension has been stiffened up to reduce the floatiness that seems to plague vehicles on the Ford MN12 platform and the stock 8.8 rear end was swapped for a Cobra one. Besides that there isn’t really anything else. I’ve got plans for this car, I want to turbocharge it and swap out the low power thunderbird 2 valves heads for some PI ones needs a different paintjob, champagne isn’t exactly a color that works on any car. I wouldn’t bother spending so much money on it if I didn’t really love this car.

Also, the black hood and the wheels are atrociuos.

I used to have an MN12 just like this one.

They’re a surprisingly enjoyable drive. That 4.6 is fun and relatively simple.

I just sold my 1996 after more than four years of ownership. I already miss it.

I’ve had this one for 6 months. I bought it from a friend of mine and I immediately fell in love with it. I’m the third owner and it’s pretty torn up on the interior but it’s a great driving car.

I wish I had more pictures to share but whenever I decide to take one it’s too dark for the picture to come out.

Have you discovered TCCoA yet? Great group of MN12/FN10 fans there.

Had a 1990 as my first car, my dad bought it new and after a few years he gave it to my grandpa, and then he gave it to me later when he could not drive anymore. 350,000 miles, and she still ran reasonably well, drove (and fixed) it all through my junior and senior years of high school before a battery fire took her away from me a week after I graduated. I still miss that car...

I race a 97 in LeMons. I have a set of Ford Racing PI heads laying around of you are interested, along with a bunch of other parts. I’ll be honest though, the #8 piston came apart and hit one of the cylinder heads pretty hard. The head is intact, but the combustion chamber is not pretty.

In all honesty, if you showed up in Irving, TX with a six pack of Victory Golden Monkey I would let you have them, as well as a bunch of other parts.

Moved the common denominators post to drafts, you and I both know it’s a shitstirring callout post. Leave it there.
